Fun Day!!

Today was a lovely day!! We had to finish Hayley's wedding invitations so Hayely, Tara and Ashley all came over and we all pitched in and got them done!! It was so nice to sit down and chat and create something with the kids :) Here are some pics of our day!!

Sadly a few days ago a vey good mate of mine lost his battle with a brain tumour :(

Fred has been my mate for 25 years!!! Through this time he has been there for me through thick and thin!! Now we weren't the kind of mates that catch up every day, more like once or twice a year but whenever we did it was always as if we had seen each other only yesterday!!

Fred was the guy who always had a smile on his face and a positive word about everything. He was an eternal optimist and believed anything could be overcome, no negatives for my friend!! He loved his family and made sure that they had plenty of quality time together!! He and my friend Deb were soul mates, I truly believe that!!

Fred you have made a lasting impression in my heart and I will never forget the great times we have shared over the years!! I will not say goodbye but I will say See you later my Friend!! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Body Blitz Challenge

Today I started the 12 week Body Blitz challenge!! It is an online challenge with support for weight loss and fitness. The 12 weeks end just before Hayley's wedding and I hope I achieve my goal of a 10-15kg loss!!

Last Day of Work before Christmas :)

Today was my last day before my holiday to SA to see my Mum!! I had to get a photo of the gorgeous Nicole my new office roomie :)

We also had our office Secret Santa today after work down at the local pub

And last but not least my gorgeous Secret Santa gift!! Someone knows me well :)

Of course it is the purple mug filled with choccies not the bourbon :)

Saturday 12th December

It was my gorgeous Aunts 60th Birthday celebration Saturday night xxx It was a double celebration as they were also celebrating the launch of the Cartwright Family wine label and Uncle Roberts first Savignon Blanc under his own label!!!

This was the best moment of the night when all Aunty Netts Grandchildren lined up and gave a little speech on why they loved her so much!! It ranged from she gives great hugs to she has beautiful hair and she is a funky Grandma :)

Today we attended the EAG Christmas party where all the companies took part in a Viking Race :) It was a fun day, great weather, great band and awesome entertainment!!

Unfortunately John Holland came last apparently due to unfair wind drag on their sails lol, I say it was over engineering of the boat that caused the problem :) too big and too heavy!! Next time they might let a woman design the boat!!
