Michelle Bridges 12WBT

This is week 12 of my Body Transformation, I have almost reached my 12 week goal of a 12kg loss

Start weight 82.2kg
Current weight 70.8kg

Wednesday is the final weigh in day so I have 600g to go to get to my goal. Here are the before and after shots :)

 I am very proud of how far I have come, not only physically but also mentally. The 12WBT has made a huge difference in my life, I have signed on for round 2 with the goal of getting down to my ideal weight of 59kg...yeehaa lets go!!

Looking good Bree you have done so well over the last 12 weeks. I'm sure you will knock those last few grams off by Wednesday.
