After having a whinge about feeling lazy and unfit I finally decided to take the first step and start walking. My goal is to walk at least 4 times a week. I am aiming for little goals...small steps!! A few kilos a month would be nice anything more would be great!!
So this is me at the beginning of my journey :)

Bree I will join you on this journey. My aim is to just start been healthier, go to the gym now etc etc. I dont want to become ruled by losing weight, because at the moment Im loving the exercise and dont feel ruled by it.
